New construction, Seralba  House is a  villa immerged  in the Vinyards of Panza, an old part of Forio on the island of Ischia.

Seralba House offers you the real and proper atmosphere for “house for guests”,where tranquillity and peace reigns over the shade of Mount Epomeo  highest  peek of the island. About 2.5 km away from the sea (Bay of St. Angelo). It is easy to reach Seralba  House by plane , train or by car up to Naples. From Molo Beverello there are frequent courses of hydrofoil and ferryboats for Ischia, Casamicciola Terme and Forio(the last one being the nearest harbour to Seralba House but only for passengers without veichles).

There are also hydrofoil boats from Mergellina/Napoli and also ferryboats from the harbour of Pozzuoli.For passengers  without  veichles, taxis are available as soon as you land on the I  island and only take from 10 to 30 minutes
(depending on were you land) to Seralba House. Guests with cars shall follow indication for Forio-Panza and will be able to take advantage of a free car park.
